I want to thank you Mark for helping me get all of my precious photos and videos off of my crashed hard drive. Mark was very professional and quick to call me back when I left a message. He assured me that he would get me my data back or there would be no charge. Within less than 6 hours of dropping my hd off, he called and told me that it was looking very promising. The next day he called and told me he thought he had 99% of my data back! When I went to pick up the portable drive, everything that I could remember was there! It was an expensive lesson, but worth the cost to have all of my photos from the last 10 years back. I am now in the process of setting up a raid 5 nas backup, because you never know when your hard drive will just quit. Thank you Mark for saving my data!! I greatly appreciate the friendly and one on one service you provided.
