When our Veterinary office computer crashed and we realized our backup system hadn't worked properly in over a year we thought we were in trouble. ALL of our customer/patient files were lost and we had no way of knowing who had paid their bill and who still owed us. A local computer repair shop told us they couldn't find anything on the drive. Saved my wife's school info...

I had our IT guy try to recover my wife's notebook drive however, nothing doing. We had given up on seeing any of our files again.
